By commissioning me, you agree to these rules, regardless of whether or not you have read them. Failure to follow these rules can result in the cancellation of a commission or a ban from commissioning me. You will be refunded if a commission is cancelled.

I will not draw any of the following:
‣ Extreme gore or death
‣ NSFW or suggestive content
‣ Drug, alcohol, or tobacco/vape usage
‣ Hateful, political, or religious art‣ I reserve the right to discontinue or decline a commission at any time.
‣ I will only work with clear digital references. References that contain large, obtrusive watermarks will not be accepted.
‣ Commissions involving photos of real animals/pets much contain multiple clear photos in good or natural lighting. Photos that are blurry, unclear, lighted weird, or other circumstances where the pet's details are hard to see will not be acceptedYou may not use my art for any of the following:
‣ Selling or promoting as a NFT
‣ Training AI models‣ When posting my art, you must provide credit to one of my social medias, such as Twitter, Toyhou.se, DeviantArt, or this website.
‣ I reserve the right to post your commission to my social media for promotional or example purposes. If you do not wish for your art to be posted, please let me know.
‣ If you have posted my art and I request for you to take it down, you must comply.‣ If you are commissioning me for a piece of art, you must state if it will be used for commercial purposes, including assets for a Twitch or Youtube channel. Commercial use commissions must provide easily accessible credit. You must also pay an additional fee of 25% of the commission price.
‣ My art may be otherwise used as profile pictures, banners, etc. as long as credit is easily visible.Personal Usage:
With my art, you may:
‣ Crop and resize
‣ Print for personal use
‣ Post/Share on social media with proper creditWith my art, you may not:
‣ Claim my art is your own and/or provide inadequate credit
‣ Remove my signature
‣ Edit, trace, or copy my art

By purchasing or using one of my character designs, you agree to these rules, regardless of whether or not you have read them. Failure to follow these rules can result in a ban from my designs/future sales.

Note: paid art includes art created by yourself. However, the art must be reasonably valued. This mean a small doodle should not add $50 worth to a character, for example‣ Designs obtained for free may only be traded or gifted. They cannot be sold for real or fake currency unless they have had additional paid art created
‣ Purchased designs may only be resold for their initial value unless additional paid art has been created‣ You may redesign a character as you wish, however if they remain similar to their original design, I must be credited for the original design/concept.‣ Character designs may be used commerically as long as proper credit is provided.
‣ While I would prefer my designs to not be used for NSFW purposes, you are still free to if you wish.‣ If you wish to add a design to a closed species, you must receive permission
